CASINO, STADIUM, AND WAGERING PARTNER OPPORTUNITIES

As a fledgling company, with our patent pending, now is the most beneficial time for PROVIDERS to enter into agreements. RIGHT NOW entering into AGREEMENTS IN PRINCIPLE and CONTRACTS would provide life-long concessions that will go away to later PROVIDERS as we become more established. Our business model is such that for any PROVIDER, the percentage return from the handle is greater than ours as the OPERATOR. For us, it will show investors and creditors that PROVIDERS of Carrejoue see the unique opportunity and long-term benefit of this simple and exciting game.

All breakage and jackpot guarantees would be the responsibility of KiBu Gaming Corporation. Kiosks costs will be our responsibility. Mention of kiosks as a PROVIDER responsibility is with regard to floor space to place them.

PROVIDERS may have additional responsibility in providing and handling CASH WAGERS as well as floor space for kiosks within their facilities. CONTACT US for further questions or to open up the possibilities.

- CASINOS -

Native American Nations, Las Vegas and Atlantic City are highly relevant to being PROVIDERS of Carrejoue while we manage the games as the OPERATORS. PROVIDERS get a larger percentage of the betting handle.

Smaller PROVIDERS in this area may want to enter into a CONSORTIUM of smaller PROVIDERS to increase jackpot size, and therefore interest from their patrons. KiBu Gaming Corporation is anticipating these arrangements and designing our systems to handle all PROVIDER returns as needed.

A CONSORTIUM does not need to operate under a single CONTRACT with us. Therefore, early adopters can negotiate a CONCESSION for helping us establish Carrejoue. It will be necessary for all PROVIDERS in a CONSORTIUM to have the same legal jurisdiction issues. Therefore, this would be a great fit for NATIVE AMERICAN NATIONS within the same state generally.

PROVIDER responsibilities may include customer service employees for cash wagers at betting windows, most likely in the Sports Book. Additionally, kiosk floor space may be a good fit for locations as well. Online players coming through a PROVIDERS online portal is the best of all worlds as our game play is best experienced online.

- STADIUMS / ARENAS – PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS -

Sports teams can offer Carrejoue likely for charitable purposes. Our research suggests play of Carrejoue will increase charitable receipts by 150% per attendee over the static 50/50 raffle model. Utilizing our game does not preclude offering a 50/50 raffle as well. However, the excitement and tie to the on-field/court event is projected to be far more attractive to stadium participants than a 50/50 raffle.

As bingo, states laws on bingo operations will need to be met and the appropriate licensing and reporting provided. KiBu Gaming Corporation stands to help in such matters and most of the reporting will be done by us on your behalf. Our system will be built to provide the necessary numbers, generating revenue and payout reports as required.

PROVIDER responsibilities may include customer service employees to handle CASH PURCHASES and the placement of kiosks within the facility.

- STATES -

Because of the 2018 repeal of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA), the following states have begun to provide sports wagering for its citizens –

Oregon, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Carrejoue could be offered as well in these states probably under their existing laws. Possibly state lottery commissions may wish to look into their exisiting laws and see if Carrejoue would be a good match.

Our love of sports, the low price point and the simplicity of the game points to a potentially helpful revenue source for help in funding state needs.
